About
Dispatch, taught like a trade.
Built by a working U.S. freight dispatcher with seven years on the desk, for people who want to learn the job properly.
Why we built it
Most dispatch training online is a sales funnel: a promise of easy money, a few recycled clips and a course that ends before the real work starts. People pay for it, then learn the job the hard way, on a carrier's dime.
The Freight Craft is the opposite. It teaches the work in the order a real desk runs it, with the documents, the calls, the rules and the problems you actually meet.
Who teaches
The courses are built and taught by a freight dispatcher who has worked on U.S. freight for seven years, booking and managing loads for carriers every day. Everything in the curriculum comes from that desk.
Our standards
- Sell the skill, never the salary. We make no income claims. Where we mention pay at all, we cite the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
- Rules from the source. Every regulation is taught from the regulation itself (FMCSA, the Code of Federal Regulations, the Federal Maritime Commission) and the source is linked so you can check it.
- Current, and dated. Guides show when they were last updated. Freight rules and fraud patterns change; we update the material when they do.
- Practice without risk. Students practise on our own practice load board, not on a carrier's live account.
- Respect for the tools. We don't republish paid load-board data. Market numbers come from public sources.
Who we teach
Students in the United States and abroad, especially the Balkans and wider Europe, where many dispatchers work remotely for U.S. carriers. Everything is taught in English, because that is the language of the job.
