A two-week, one-on-one intensive with a working U.S. freight dispatcher. Live load boards, real negotiation and your own operating plan.
What the programme is
Ten live hours over two weeks, five sessions a week, scheduled around both calendars. It is built for students who want a desk built around them, not another video to watch alone. We recommend it after the Advanced Dispatch track.
Week 1: setup and the desk
- Load-board sessions on your own accounts, with your carrier's equipment and lanes
- Rate-negotiation role-play, then review of your real broker calls
- Your tools, your setup and your carrier-acquisition plan
Week 2: live dispatching and the business
- Dispatching real or practice loads together, in real time
- Working through problem scenarios as they happen
- Business setup review and a personal 90-day operating plan
